Michael Dwyer was better than I anticipated. He's very experienced, level-headed and knowledgeable. The thing that stuck out the most to me during the divorce/mediation process was that he prioritized our child. My ex and I may no longer be married, but our child still has both of us as parents, ...and Michael understood and prioritized this fact -- many decisions relied on this important foundation of our daughter's future. This seemed to arise from his experience with helping others get through divorce and also his experience as a parent. I felt that Michael brought a much needed balance to the table: compassionate and logical, courteous and stern, and through such an unpleasant situation, he was efficient and did not waste our time. It was not fun or easy, after all, it is a divorce. However, I feel incredibly indebted to Michael for how he made such an unpleasant life experience as smooth as he could, fair with compromises on both sides, and was always on the job with his listening, mediating, and legal progress to get us divorced.
