Excellent Talent Contract Negotiation Experience!

I hired Aaron to handle the negotiation of a talent contract for a commercial shoot and deal with all of the ensuing logistics. He took all the hassle out of the equation, leaving me free to focus on everything else requiring my attention. His communication was great. Each step of the way he made sure to explain what was going on, keeping me abreast of the important developments and facts. Nothing was left to fall through the cracks and in the end I received payment without having to worry once. I could not have asked for better service. Will hire again and would recommend unconditionally.

Great Startup and Trademark Lawyer

5 years ago I embarked on a new online business and asked a lawyer I was consulting for a recommendation for somebody who could help me with my new venture. He gave me the name of "the best young Internet lawyer" he had worked with. This was Aaron Cronan. I called Aaron and right from our first meeting he was enthusiastic and interested in my project and went on to be immeasurably helpful with the whole start-up process. He helped me with myriad issues: he secured a Trademark; wrote contracts and non-disclosure agreements; wrote questionnaires we gave to our beta users; guided us in testing marketing strategies and then interpreting the data we obtained; answered (and continues to answer) numerous questions I have about the legality of using images I find online as well as other legal questions. He remains an invaluable part of our team. In fact I couldn't have done this without him.

The best lawyer ever!

Highly recommended

Aaron successfully drafted and negotiated a tricky business buyout agreement for me. He was very responsive and gave me some excellent advise. He was also very fair and reasonable with his fees.

Great Attorney

I was in the middle of self-publishing a book when the company I chose to work with was acquired by a larger publishing firm. I almost instantly had problems getting any of the services that I had paid for. The company was in breach of the contract, and I needed an attorney. I did a google search looking for attorneys that specialize in entertainment law, and I found Aaron Cronan. I called Aaron, and he was happy to assist me in getting my money back. I hired Aaron, and after some negotiations, I received a check for the services that the company had not fulfilled. I was very happy with the whole process. Aaron always responded to me right away, and I felt as though my case mattered to him.

Best In Show!

Aaron has been handling my various businesses for several years now. Litigation, contracts, trademarks..anything I have thrown at him he has handled with class, professionalism and results. He always talks me off the ledge when I am eager for a more aggressive approach, he shows me that a softer touch is sometimes wiser. Excellent lawyer, great communicator, and good guy. And the guy won't rob you blind.

Right Hand Lawyer Man

Aaron is the guy to talk to when you're in deep and don't understand what other lawyers are writing. He's incredible at taking lawyer speak and breaking it down into normal conversation. He's great for communication with other lawyers, or if you're just looking for advice on any given topic. He's knowledge of the film and TV business also helped me personally in my endeavors.
