Prompt, professional, and helpful.

I called Mark first thing on a Monday morning and he immediately answered my call. Although I was not being charged with anything at the time, he listened to what I had to say and gave me some great advice as to what to do moving forward. I would feel very comfortable using Mark to represent me.

Consultation with Mark

I called Mark for a consultation. He was non judgmental during our conversation and followed through with sending me information Concerning my situation, as promised. I was impressed that the email came in the evening, prior to the weekend. I would definitely hire him!

Excellent source for practical information

I contacted Mark Cogen because I wanted to know more about how drug charges were handled in cases involving marijuana and LSD. He was informative, polite, and knowledgeable. Not only did he provide immediate information about how things are handled in court but he also gave me suggestions on what t...o research in order to learn more. This is exactly what I wanted from the conversation. I highly recommend Mark for legal advice.

Honest Review

I KC was not referred to this lawfirm and called out of the blue regarding my very frustrating legal situation. I spoke with dirctly with lead attorney Mark C Cogan which is very rare. It is very rare that you speak to any attorney at all. Mark C Cogan was very professional , honest , caring , and... had a sense of humor. Unfortunately I was not able to obtain him due to my lack of funds, he was still understanding and gave me great advice. I would recommend this attorney for those people who face criminal charges .
