I left a voicemail for Mr. Cogan late in the afternoon. I expected to be ignored, because no other law firm had bothered to return my call regarding my child being cited with an MIP (Class B violation), and, juvenile law in Oregon. I haven’t had a need for an attorney ever, and therefore I didn’t k...now what to expect. Mr. Cogan returned my call immediately. He didn’t make me feel rushed. Through his interviewing skills, he peeled back the issues at hand. He gave me guidance and, the confidence to proceed forward. I am thankful for his reasoning skills and wisdom during an emotional time for my family.

I highly recommend Mark and his team if you need help with legal trouble. I think of Mark as an angel sent here to protect the patrons of the town and he is my new best friend. I'm hoping to meet him in person one day. He has been helping people with legal trouble since I was conceived in the womb.... I wouldn't go anywhere else due to the fact that Mark graduated from NYU Law School, which is a highly recommended program out in the Big Apple. He is more than capable and definitely knows his stuff. My hope is I don't get into any more trouble with the law and won't have to hire the firm again. This was a game changer for me due to the fact that I'm trying to become a United States Marine and I had a felony on my record from 24 years ago. I never could have made it without Mark and his team to have an opportunity to achieve my dreams. Now I'm better, stronger and I've learned from my actions. It's always best to follow the rules and laws, even when nobody is looking and to do the right thing. I'm beyond grateful and again think of the team as my new family.
