Hello all, Its finally over, I received my (relief from obligation to report as a sex offender final order) a week ago, and the letter from the Oregon state police confirming my name has been removed from the registry today. Relief is an understatement., I feel human again. Jeff has been great all ...through this process, always quick to respond to questions. My petition packet was almost 400 pages, I could never have been so descriptive with all the details I did not know about. The removal hearing was traumatic, and opened old wounds, it took 3 1/2 hours, but jeff took over when I got to emotional to speak and needed a minute to recover, he is a great speaker and a good person who cares about his clients. He has a very high success rate with cases, and very knowledgeable in his field, I would say the best in Oregon.
