I came to Rebecca for counsel and representation in my divorce from a very high-conflict person. At the time, my former wife--an alcoholic with major depressive disorder--had become physically violent towards me, verbally degrading towards me, had moved her boyfriend into our family home, was being advised by her mother to make multiple false allegations against me, and so on and so on. Rebecca gave clear direction and advised me on the steps I needed to take to protect myself and to ensure I properly documented all current happening as well as future interactions with my high-conflict spouse.
In the months following, my ex-wife attempted to alienate our daughter from me, even trying to replace her boyfriend as our daughter's new father. With Rebecca's expert counsel and her phenomenal legal team, she helped provide perspective on why I need to be patient throughout this difficult time and continue to document, document, document while she formulated a winning path forward.
In regards to my high-conflict spouse's behavior, a custody evaluation was ordered through the advisement of Rebecca. The supporting documentation I had maintained under the initial advisement of Rebecca, which also included multiple video recordings and witnesses, became a critical component of the evaluation. This evaluation accurately captured the events and high-conflict characteristics of my former wife, and, in the end, helped hold my former spouse accountable for her behavior and actions that I had been enduring throughout the previous 6 months.
With Rebecca's expertise, following the completion of the custody evaluation and based on the recommendations of the report, I was able to settle out of court with joint custody where I also have final decision authority. Additionally, I am back in my house where I was warmly welcomed back to the neighborhood; multiple neighbors were absolutely thrilled they no longer had to interact with such a cold, high-conflict person living near them!!
Thank you, Rebecca and team for provided great legal representation for me!

Rebecca was my lawyer about 6 months ago for a domestic case. She took the time to listen to me and explained to me in detail what exactly was going on so that I could understand. My knowledge is in Medicine, not law. Rebecca made time to meet with me regularly as well as keep me updated as much as possible. Any time I had a question, I was able to contact her. If I did not get a hold of her right away, she always contacted me as soon as she was able to. I could not have gone through my ordeal without Rebecca. She always checked in on me through-out the process and made sure if I needed something, she would help me get it. Rebecca always showed up to court on time, was extremely professional in all aspects of the trial, and fought for me every inch of the way. Rebecca has such compassion for her clients and it really shows. Thanks to Rebecca my life is back to normal. Things definitely went in our favor. She knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Thanks to Rebecca my life is whole again. I definitely would recommend her to anyone.

My daughter was in need of representation and I called Rebecca, I have got to say that that was the best move I could have done, I am unknowledgable in the legal field in terms of minors and specifics to court proceedings and she said that she would look into the specifics and that she would represent my daughter from that point on. She contacted everyone that was involved with the case and then spoke to my daughter and myself about what was to happen. The day my daughter was scheduled to appear in court as a witness Rebecca was with us the entire time, took care of everyting and in the end the results were outstanding and I am proud to call her my attorney.
