Great Attorney
Matthew did a Guardianship and Conservatorship for me. He was very helpful and efficient. I am out of state so lots of emails, etc. I would gladly use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Fantastic Attorney
I recently used Mr. McKean to adopt my step-daughter. After trying several other avenues, and being given the run around from firms that I thought would help; Mr. McKean was an answer to prayer. My daughters goal was to graduate high school with her new last name. Mr. McKean went above and beyond what was expected to make sure our desires were met. He hand carried the documentation through the courthouse system due to some quirks in recent law changes. If I ever need any other legal help, I know who I will be calling. Thank You very much, my family could not be happier.

Lawsuit
Mr. McKean did an excellent job of representing me in a lawsuit. His professionalism, knowledge of Oregon law, skills in negotiating and communicating are outstanding. Mr. McKean''s insight and ability to quickly resolve and complete legal matters, as in my case, was impressive. I have referred friends and family to Mr. McKean for legal matters.

Review
Do not hire Matthew McKean! He over-billed me and when challenged agreed to a compromise but as soon as he received his payment, he withdrew from representing me without working on the judgment draft after representing me in Court! While representing me in Court he was visibly nervous and was clearly intimidated by the opposing Counsel. He also suppressed facts received from opposing attorney regarding potential compromise scenarios which essentially cratered my case. Don't make the mistake of hiring this incompetent attorney - you will regret it!
