About me

I love the law, and I love helping people.

My practice has evolved from a very heavy litigation practice to mostly mediation.  Soon, i will be a mediator 100%.

For many people, mediation is a better option than a lawsuit.  Even after people sue, mediation can provide benefits.  Chief among the benefits are:

  • You control the outcome, not a judge or jury.

  • You have engage in a wider ranged discussion without the limitations imposed by the strict rules of evidence and pleading.

  • A broader discussion can lead to more satisfying resolutions that address concerns that a court cannot address.

  • Less money goes to attorneys, expert witness, court reporters.

I've been an attorney since 1984 involved in many, many times of civil lawsuits.  I understand the concerns of plaintiffs and defendants and their attorneys.

I can help you resolve your dispute.
