From the very beginning, Irina projected an image of one who was deeply familiar with the immigration process, confident about how to negotiate through it, and able to clearly explain the process in common language. Unlike too many professionals, Irina backed this image up with performance. She has been responsive, flexible, and has done a good job of keeping us informed while showing us how to inform ourselves. Though not necessary to be successful, working with her has been a pleasant experience. You are making a serious mistake if you have an immigration issue and do not hire this woman!

It is a pleasure to both commend, and offer my support to Irina Batrakova. As an Army veteran I have traveled halfway around this world, been involved with many situations where I can watch the reactions of people from all walks of life. From my initial contact with Irina I was impressed with competent and professional manner she displayed. With superb guidance and support offered by Irina, and her clerk Kelly; can only be described as outstanding.
If I where asked "Did i get my moneys worth from this lawyer?" Without any reservation I can answer "YES!"
Spec. Alan R. Mildon.

We went to Irina hoping to find a competent lawyer who knew her stuff and could get us out of a bit of a rot we were in with our immigration case. In Irina we found not only a competent immigration lawyer, but extremely well-organized, communicative and invested partner who helped us all the way through our case - which was approved in a heartbeat. The whole family loves her to pieces and we're looking forward to working with her again in the future!
