Getting divorced is uncomfortable and nerve wracking no matter how friendly the divorce is. Forrest provided a safe and well informed space for us to work out what we needed to and he guided us to the end point we wanted. His professionalism and knowledge of this field made a difficult task as easy as it could be while offering Ian important matter the time and respect and thoroughness it deserved.
Thank you very much Forrest and I would highly recommend you to any one in need of these services.

I first spoke early in our separation and got a lot of insight as to what the divorce process would be like. Due to some other personal circumstances I didn't hire him right away and contacted him to do so a few months later. Because of some severe misunderstandings on my former spouse's part the dissolution became extremely bitter and contentious, including custody and visitation rights to our daughter. Forrest was extremely helpful in the negotiations, pointing out several options at every step of the way and pulling in outside expertise when needed. After almost a year of difficult discussions our judgement was filed with terms agreeable to both of us. Without Forrest's help we probably would have ended up in court with a nasty fight on our hands.

My ex-husband and I hired Forrest as our mediator, and he really helped us get through all the complex decisions without them becoming contentious. He was courteous, fair, and respectful of our conditions and needs. If we need any modifications to our judgement, we would definitely go back to Forrest to help us.
