I met with Sam to prepare for an I-751 waiver interview. He was recommended to me by two other attorneys who I have worked with in the past. I respect both of their opinions and so I agreed to meet with Sam. Unfortunately, my meeting with an immigration officer was only a couple weeks away and Sam was unavailable to accompany me to the interview due to such short notice. He immediately offered to assist by writing a letter to USCIS to reschedule the interview but after a brief discussion we both agreed to meet in person first so he could better evaluate my case and see if this was something I could do on my own.
