I would not recommend this lawyer for a personal injury claim that involves time off work. From the very beginning this lawyer was determined to "subpoena" my superiors to testify in court if they did not volunteer how my time off work affected my position. I did not want to take time away from the...ir days and pursue this lawsuit in this manner. I also mentioned a number of times that pursuing lost wages was useless as my short term and long term disability covered most of my lost wage and medical bills. I finally gave in and sent my wage information to the law firm and after 4 months I heard no response. I contacted them to be told that they're choosing to no longer represent me. I would absolutely NOT recommend you use this lawyer. I was rear ended at 27 weeks pregnant and ended up in preterm labor and it was a disaster. The added stress of this law office and their assistant was absurd.
