Happy dentist

David was super awesome to work with from negotiating my commercial lease space to helping me with acquiring a dental practice from a retiring dentist.

Truly has your best interest in mind

David truly and sincerely has your best interest in mind. He was highly recommended by several friends and I had initially sought David's help with regards to a business acquisition. Without his guidance, I would have made the biggest business venture mistake in my life. He really does look out fo...r you and I am forever grateful to him. I no longer live on Hawaii and still call him when I need his legal advice. He is a gem and he is the right person for your team!

Professional and caring

David was extremely caring and accommodating when meeting with an estate planning client. He went out of his way to meet the individual at his home as the individual was unable to travel. He is knowledgeable about the subject matter, and above all, cares about his clients. I would highly recommend... David again.
