Clinton M. Boren is an associate in the law firm with a practice emphasis on real property, estate planning and civil litigation. Mr. Boren received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Society with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2002. Previous to entering into law Mr. Boren worked in the banking industry for several years and has applied this knowledge in his practice of estate planning.
Mr. Boren received his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2008. While attending law school, Mr. Boren was a student intern with the State of California Attorney General’s Office in the Appeals, Writs and Trials Division where he drafted Respondent Briefs to appeals made to the Appellate Court on behalf of the State of California.
Mr. Boren is a member of the State Bar of California and the Shasta Trinity Counties Bar Association. He is the former member-at-large and treasurer of the Shasta Trinity County Bar Association and has attended several events as a guest speaker on estate planning and property matters. Mr. Boren was raised in the greater Redding area and was happy to return to this area where he now lives with his wife and two children.
