Nicole Diamond let Jeffrey's send my daughter with a psychosis to prison. All she needed was help we got her help to the Care Act and they sent her to prison. She lost everything. Because of the psychosis drug-induced or whatever but they sent her to prison all she needed was help. They still convict...ed her. It was nothing to send her that way she just needed help. She Lied to me and had me take a Plea Bargain. on a DUI Promising that i would not have a restricted drivers license and No Classes and No Tester on the car, she said all you have to do is Pay the Court $2,200.00 and have 30 day Home Monitoring. for another &620.00. So I said as long as i do not have... to do all the other things you promised. she said yes . so i took the Plea Bargain. I never drove the car intoxicated. i was sitting in a farm road after my house burnt down in the campfire. I had 4 Beers out side the car never started the car know one ever had seen me driving it.I was waiting for my wife to pick me up on the way home, Then 2 weeks later A LETTER CAME IN THE MAIL. Saying my drivers license is gone for 90 Days . i need to go pay and take DUI classes for 18 months. get a drunk teste ron my car for a year. She is either a liar or had NO EXPERIENCE BEING A DUI ATTORNEY.. NOT KNOWING THAT THE DMV has Power over the court., How stupid is that.
