I'm just really disappointed with my experience with this office. They really let me down. I gave Mr. Bently who works for Joe vandervoort $5,000 to write court documents for me. Although this was a lot of money I was confident that he knew what he was doing. I had to constantly call the office to ge...t him to work on it(around 50 calls) most of the time i was unable to reach him. He said himself that he would need me on the phone while he worked on it, So he only spent a couple hours on my documents. 1 year later my documents were denied and mr Bently said it would cost me another $1500 to appeal it. I was homeless and broke. I borrowed the money from my family. If this was done correctly I would have been living happily with shelter and family but I had to live in my vehicle throughout the pandemic and not to mention I got covid 19. I wish they cared enough to not rip me off, I wish that mr. Bently treated this matter professionally and correctly.

I was facing allot of problems with my case and Mr. VanDevoort and I were able to sit and talk about the best way to resolve it. We probably did not always agree 100% on the route to go but in the end all was explained and we did choose the right one. He is very easy to work with and will always have... your best interest in mind. His results were very satisfying. If you are in need of a lawyer I would recommend him 100%.

Mr. VanDervoort is a true professional. He was quick and decisive in dealing with my DUI. I felt that he keep me very informed throughout the DMV and court process. Whether it be by phone or correspondence. I chose to represent myself on a serperate simple restitution hearing. I failed to appear at... my hearing because of a personel matter. Mr. Vandervoort reconiized that I was not responding to my name being called in court and stood up to represent me. This saved me from having some serious legal repercussions. I'm am truly grateful.
