We represent out clients in EVERY stage of the proceedings. I represented Anthony even though he was not a client because I knew he would lose and a warrant might go out for his arrest. No other lawyer nor the judge were going to help and the prosecutor certainly would not so I stood up and said I would represent him. I never sent him a bill. Mr. VanDervoort's experience was a big plus. His knowledge of the local policies and personnel in the county court system was evident. His staff is also very good.
few lawyers have as many years in as we do. there are NONE in the Butte area that specialize in DUI/DMV, no not one.. they may advertise they are good, but they are beginners
