This is the attorney you want fighting for you.

I was in a confusing and frightening legal situation. I found Mr. Arrasmith through his helpful answers online. I contacted him the next day. He got back to me immediately. He explained to me the legal situation at hand in a professional and knowledgeable manner that set me at ease right away. ...I retained him right after that phone call at an extremely reasonable rate. He took the legal burden off of me and began superior litigation. His staff and office was always welcoming, helpful and accommodating to my circumstances. Makes the process easy!

An amazing lawyer and a wonderful person!

I cannot begin to describe how amazing and reassuring it was to have James guide me through the most challenging moment of my life. When my mother let me know she would soon be passing from cancer and wanted to leave her trust to me, I was confused, distraught, and had no earthly idea what to do nex...t. I found James through a google search and gave him a call, and he put me at ease immediately. He made time for me, given the sudden news and timeframe we had left. He met with my mother and put her at ease. He walked me through every step of the process, and I shudder to think what this ordeal would have been like had I not had James there by my side.
