Yesenia helped us get a marriage based Green Card

My spouse and I needed an attorney to help with a J1 Visa hardship waiver and a marriage based Green Card. We hired Ranchod Law from Sacremento, CA even thought we live on the east coast. Melissa Oklan helped us with the waiver and then Yesenia helped us with the Green Card. Both were successful! ... Both Melissa and Yesenia responded to our questions and concerns quickly and concisely! We really appreciate their hard work and their responses. If you need a responsive attorney for a Green Card, contact Ranchod Law Group and ask for Yesenia. She, as well as the whole team, is excellent! She comes highly recommended!

Excellent legal services provided by Yesenia Rosas

We have been extremely pleased with the excellent work that Yesenia Rosas did throughout our visa and green card process! She always responded promptly by email to my numerous email questions during that process and was willing to arrange phone discussions with me several times when that was more eff...icient than exchanging emails. As a consequence, we really felt supported by the Ranchod Law Group all along the way. We especially appreciated Yesenia's calming and reassuring presence at the green card interview and her careful note-taking which ensured that we were well-covered in the event that the immigration examiner asked any inappropriate questions. I am sure it made a significant difference in how the interviewer treated us. We also really appreciated Yesenia's satisfying our last-minute request by rearranging her schedule in order to be present for the interview in San Francisco - which required her to leave her home in Sacramento at 5:30 am in order to be sure and be there on time! We will happily recommend Yesenia Rosas and the Ranchod Law Group to other friends in our situation for we are truly very happy with the assistance and support we have received.

Unique interview

I had prepared my own adjustment of status application based on my marriage to a U.S. citizen. I had already appeared at the first interview and was anxiously awaiting a decision. To my surprise I received another notice to appear at a second interview which was to be recorded. I was anxious and had... many questions and concerns. This was truly the most stressful situation in my life because a lot was at stake. The first time I called the Ranchod Law Group I received courteous and professional assistance and a quick estimate for my case. Within hours I had a scheduled in person appointment with attorney Yesenia Rosas. During my consultation I felt that she truly cared about my case. She was professional and knowledgeable and little by little she showed me what were my strong and weak points and how to fix them. With her help I felt relaxed and prepared for my interview. She did the best to organize my documents so that everything went smooth at the interview. The day of the interview she was by my side and she was more than awesome and prepared. Really she did a great job! I feel lucky she took care of my case. Within hours after the interview my online case status showed it was approved! Thanks a lot.
