Sometimes, when a professional recommends against moving forward with a service I'm ready to pay for, it catches me off guard. It also hints that the person advising me isn't necessarily in it for "just the money." In this case, Mr. Ranchod advised me on the case of a person I was eagerly trying t...o employ. After thoughtfully asking a series of questions about my prospective employee, he identified the key factors that would aid me in moving forward with my case. Later that day, Mr. Ranchod contacted me to let me know that, after thinking it through a little bit more, he realized that a certain detail of my prospective employee's case might not be favorable to him. This person had escaped El Salvador due to death threats he received for not paying local gangsters a monthly "protection" fee.
