       I graduated with honors from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Since graduating in 1994, I have handled personal injury cases since I became an attorney in 1994. The cases I have handled in the past that I am the most proud of are the ones which have resulted in change for the public good, such as employment cases where the defendant has changed policy to the benefit of the employees, and injury cases where the defendant adopts a new safety policy as a result of my client’s case.

       I am a member of the Sacramento Bar Association, the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of California (State Trial Lawyers Association). I have served on my church parish’s pastoral council, my kids’ schools Advisory Commission, and I am currently a member of the school facility subcommittee on safety.  I like to support youth programs.  I coached a competitive girls’ soccer team for several years, and I am a certified soccer and futsal referee.  My brother and I founded the Elk Grove Futsal Club, a non-profit indoor youth soccer league, which has provided an indoor-style youth soccer program to children in the Sacramento area on a non-profit basis during the winter season since 2006.

Arnold Law firm is excepional!
i received phenomenal results working with John, Gina, and Kelley at the Arnold Law Firm. the provided top-notch legal care, advice, and representation for me through all phases of the process. I never expected to need an attorney but this was an amazing experience all around. I always take my legal issues here. I definitely encourage and recommend others to work with them if you ever need a lawyer! Their client representation is tremendous! Fantastic Personal Injury Attorney
My case lasted almost 5 years and Mr. John Stralen was there with me every step of the way. John is a rare find in the "Attorney World" where he is honest, transparent, and cares about you. He goes to bat and will not allow you to be pushed around. He knows the law, is extremely experienced, and I would recommend him to anybody needing an attorney for Personal Injury. Damn good lawyer!!! His team was terrific as well that includes Attorney Ray Tuason, Case Manager Karen Lee, and Legal Assistant Kelley Anderson. Teamwork makes the Dream work. The real deal...
While this review is long overdue it comes only after pulling my life back together with the help of my attorney John Stralen. I contacted John for help with a wage and hour lawsuit. After a lengthy consultation John agreed to take the case, and in my opinion, John went far above and beyond in completing his research and investigations. Understandably these types of cases can take a significant amount of time to resolve, and my case was no exception. John worked tirelessly and relentlessly to gather all the facts and evidence necessary for the successful resolution of my case. Throughout the duration of my case I ended up temporarily homeless, and John was always there for support and encouragement. By the time my case was resolved I felt I no longer had an attorney, but a family member and a friend in John who genuinely cared not only for my case but for me as an individual. I simply can't think of another attorney who I could recommend that can be trusted and counted on to do everything possible to live up to the motto of their firm: Justice4you. John fought long and hard and in the end got me justice. I'll never forget what John has done for me. He has truly helped me to reestablish my life. When it comes to attorneys, John Stralen is truly the "real deal".

Great Experience
John represented me for a wage and hour claim against a previous employer. I couldn't be happier with the result. John seemed to really care about getting me the outcome that I felt I deserved. He's professional and reliable, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Supportive attorney
A family member recommended John after I was injured in a car accident while 6 months pregnant. Although the process took a long time, John kept us informed about what was happening along the way. He was supportive during my difficult deposition and I felt like I had someone who was truly on my side. I was very satisifed with the way the mediation session was handled and the ultimate settlment that I received.

Our Superman!
John was my attorney on a case for myself and my husband. He has a true compassion for his clients and their needs. I highly recommend hiring John if you need and attorney. I was injured in a car accident that wasn’t my fault and didn’t know what to do. The insurance company contacted me and offered a settlement and I wanted advice. A friend introduced me to John. When we met, John said that he could not offer me any guarantees, but he thought that I had a good case and he agreed to represent me against the other driver’s insurance company. Throughout my case, John called me several times to update me and to see how I was doing. Whenever I had a question or didn’t understand something, John always made sure he took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me in a clear, straight forward manner. He worked hard on my case, and he obtained an excellent settlement that was several times more than the insurance company first offered me before I had and attorney.
