I used to be a criminal defense attorney myself so I'm familiar with trial preparation, negotiations and legal strategies. I'm also a conscious consumer which means that I have relatively high expectations of products and services. I do a lot of reviews on Amazon, etc because I think it's important f...or consumers to share information to make informed decisions. That being said, after all, purchases are always subject to some risk and variability - we know that personality, timing, style, etc. all matter. I retained John on a case against my auto insurance company. I was stuck and my car totaled by someone; I got surgery on my shoulder. The other driver's insurance didn't cover all my expenses, etc. I filed a claim with State Farm (I have since left that insurance company) who made a ridiculous offer to settle. Long story short we settled for more than I had expected and well within the range of acceptability. During this process John's communication and accessibility were excellent.
