I was born and raised in the central valley of California and attended UC Davis for my undergraduate degree in Political Science. I graduated with distinction from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. I practice Workers' Compensation, Social Security law including disability and SSI, as well as Elder Law including estate planning with wills, trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, and conservatorships.
During law school, I interned for the California Franchise Tax Board’s Legal Division as well as two years with the stellar pro bono McGeorge School of Law, Elder and Health Law Clinic. At McGeorge, I handled elder abuse cases, restraining orders, wills, trusts, consumer protection, conservatorships, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, and trust management and disputes.
At Fraulob Brown & Gowen, I continue assisting clients with these legal issues as well as expanding to the fields of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security. I have a high success rate advocating for his Social Security clients at Administrative Law Hearings and in winning the retroactive payments they were previously denied.
