I graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 1991 with a BA in Philosophy and Psychology. Thereafter, I attended the University of San Diego, School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1995.
I was admitted to the California Bar in 1995 and began practicing law with a focus on civil litigation involving contract disputes, creditor’s rights bankruptcy and employment law. I also represented clients regarding real estate matters, including title disputes, land use and commercial and residential landlord rights.
In 2000, I joined a nationally recognized firm as an associate attorney. My work ethic, dedication to his clients and penchant for understanding the law all contributed to his success at the firm. In 2007, I was named the Managing Attorney. As an associate and managing attorney, I specialized in IRS tax matters, advertising law, Lanham Act issues, franchising law including Franchise Disclosure Document registration, employment law, and commercial real estate including landlord rights and land use. I also was a key member of the general business consulting and strategic planning teams.
