Worked with Dave in the past. He and his staff are top notch. Answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Dave guided me through the whole process and gave me all possible scenarios about my case. With a very positive outcome. I even referred my wife to Dave Rosenthal which also resulted in a very positive outcome in her case which had some challenges that they worked out and were able to get additional ...money after her case was settled. We would highly recommend Rosenthal & Kreeger to anyone who is injured and needs a good attorney.

Mr. Rosenthal and the staff at Rosenthal & Kreeger secured a settlement for our family after being rear-ended by a taxi-cab on the freeway. Mr. Rosenthal and his team fought hard to ensure that our family was compensated for the pain and injury that we experienced. While this was our first experience... with an injury lawsuit, Mr. Rosenthal made sure we were prepared for each step of the process. When the insurance company in our case declared insolvency, we though that a resolution was a far chance, but Mr. Rosenthal kept fighting and was able to secure us a fair settlement - something we will always be grateful for! Going through an injury lawsuit the first time can be very intimidating, and Mr. Rosenthal not only helped educate us on the processing what to expect, but also left no stone unturned and kept fighting until we got a good settlement. Every time we visited the office, the staff at Rosenthal & Kreeger were always very professional, kind and accommodating.

I am very grateful to Dave Rosenthal.

Kellen Ray and their staff for the success they achieved in settling my personal injury claim. I was injured in a rear end accident while stopped at a traffic light. I was taken to a hospital by ambulance and later required shoulder surgery. The insurance company of the person who hit me offered a... very small amount for my injuries. After speaking with Dave Rosenthal. I had a sense of hope. He and his staff answered all of my questions, returned each of my calls and represented me in a very professional manner. The claim was settled out of court for over six times the original settlement offer. Needless to say, 1am extremely grateful to the firm of Rosenthal & Kreeger.

Mr. Rosenthal and his team were our legal champions.

My wife and I were driving to our son’s for Sunday brunch, five minutes away. My wife made waffle dough. We stopped at a red light, nothing eventful. The light turned green, we started through the intersection, and, BAM, lights out! The first thing I remember is laying on a stretcher in the middle of... the intersection, my wife telling the ambulance driver that I needed to go to the hospital. Car parts were strewn all over the street. After several days in ICU I’m back at home. Our car was totaled. I felt that we were ‘wronged’, but lucky to be alive. I was still dazed from the whole event but figured that we needed legal representation right away. My wife and I have never done lawyers, never needed to. We had no idea how to find a good one, no idea what legal competence looked like, so we researched. Bottom line, looking back, it seems like dumb luck that we found Mr. Rosenthal. He and his team were our legal champions. From the beginning, and throughout the entire process, they pursued our best interests; often in ways I had not even considered. Their experience and performance was impressive. I never had to worry about the legal aspect of our horrible adventure. I hope I never need to use Mr. Rosenthal’s services again, but if I do, I would. Greatly appreciated Mr. Rosenthal!
