They handled everything!

My son was t-boned driving 50 mph by a driver that did not respect his red light. Our car was flipped over twice and a major concussion and hospitalization was the result. With college scholarships in the mix and his athletic future in a haze we were devastated. Our car was totaled, my sons migraines... began and chiropractic visits became a weekly routine. We knew within days this was much bigger than just us and we needed help. I began like most, searching online. I must admit if it wasn’t for all the positive reviews I would have never stepped into their Roseville office. I was kindly met by Mr. Rosenthal who was very kind and supportive. He treated us with respect and we felt he would go to battle for us if needed. He never pulled or pushed, simply shared his support and the process we would take together if I chose to. He told us we could get back later or interview someone else. There was no need; we agreed to his representation on the sport. We shortly met with Barbara who was very compassionate and explained in detail what to expect. They handled everything! They always emailed back, set perfect realistic expectations and went to battle for us.

Very helpful and needed very little input from me.

I appreciate all their efforts in helping me win the case. Also I was impressed with how quickly the lawsuit was over. I will definitely recommend this firm to others in the future.

Motorcycle Accident

LOVE LOVE LOVE Rosenthal & Kreeger, I was in bad motorcycle accident where I suffered from a broken wrist, internal bleeding, lower back injury, knee injuries and hip pain. Excellent Firm! Dave and his team are personable and professional.

My car accident was traumatic for me. I had a prior injury to my neck and was worried about the insurance company jerking me around. He guided me through this very difficult time. He explained how the processed worked. I appreciated that he was geniality concerned with getting me the best settlemen...t. His paralegal Barbara was so kind and helpful. Mr. Rosenthal and his staff are professional and caring.

My car accident was traumatic for me and my children. I was pregnant at the time and worried about how to handle my case. The insurance company did not want to help me with my car rental or property damage. Mr. Rosenthal contacted them and the next day I had a rental car and they were evaluating my ...property damage. This was a very stressful time for me and my family. They helped me every step of the way. Every time I needed something I was able to talk to Barbara she was truly amazing. I was so happy with my settlement, they also were able to get a settlement for my daughter that I was pregnant with at the time of the accident. I would highly recommend them. If you want great service, and a great settlement, give them a call.
