I was riding my bike through an intersection when a car hit me and broke my foot.

I was in the hospital and had medical bills but the police said it was my fault and the guys insurance would not pay me anything. Thankfully I call Mr. Rosenthal. He was able to show the insurance company the other guy was at fault and they ended up paying me a lot of money for my pain and suffering.... The Rosenthal & Kreeger staff was very supportive throughout my case. I’m very happy I chose them for my lawyer.

Everything that was done on my claim was excellent service. I’m so impressed on how my claim was handled in a professional way and it didn’t take as long as I thought it was going to take. The staff was caring and always made sure my calls were important regarding my case. Barbara Reed is a very prof...essional caring person and is good at what she does, I wouldn’t have wanted anybody else to handle my case like she did a caring awesome job! Rosenthal & Kreeger were incredibly helpful and very professional.

They settled my case in a timely manner and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I came into their office the day after a head on collision., still confused and in a fog from the accident, concerned about the cost of medical bills, with several questions. Barbara was especially helpful and nev...er had an issue with answering the same question twice. Their team took what could have been a much worse experience and made it practically seamless, referring me to a general practitioner and chiropractor to ensure that I was able to receive the care I needed. I’d highly recommend this injury firm to even my closest friend and family.

We would highly recommend Rosenthal & Kreeger to anyone who is injured and needs a good attorney.

Mr. Rosenthal and the staff at Rosenthal & Kreeger secured a settlement for our family after being rear-ended by a taxi-cab on the freeway. Mr. Rosenthal and his team fought hard to ensure that our family was compensated for the pain and injury that we experienced. While this was our first experience... with an injury lawsuit, Mr. Rosenthal made sure we were prepared for each step of the process. When the insurance company in our case declared insolvency, we though that a resolution was a far chance, but Mr. Rosenthal kept fighting and was able to secure us a fair settlement - something we will always be grateful for! I would recommend this firm to anyone who is in need of representation.

I was in a pretty bad head-on accident. Even though I didn't hit my head on anything, I had terrible headaches and dizziness and just didn't feel right. Kaiser kept saying I would get better. My own insurance company didn't believe I was hurt. Mr. Rosenthal helped me get evaluated by a specialist who... confirmed I suffered a mild traumatic brain injury. My case was handles quickly and professionally for the maximum settlement. all of my questions were answered quickly and fully explained to me. I am very happy with the service that was provided. Mr. Rosenthal and his staff made me feel comfortable with the litigation process. As part of that process, I had to go to several medical evaluations, this was accomplished without any problems and I felt fully prepared and informed through the entire process.
