I was in a terrible car accident, hit head-on by a drunk driver.

I had a broken right ankle, punctured lungs, broken ribs, surgery on broken ankle with plate and screws - had to have four surgeries, physical therapy and had to retire early from my job after working 15 years at this one company. Attorney David Rosenthal gave great service, even though he was a long... distance from my home. They got a fair amount for my injuries and even got the drunk driver to pay more than his insurance to help with the settlement.

I felt like they actually cared about me.

T-bone accident and back injury. Emergency room twice and chiropractic. Rosenthal was with me the whole way. I felt like they actually cared about me.

Dave and his team deliver top quality service and are trustworthy!

I have been in terrible, lingering pain and unable to perform some daily tasks and recreational-exercise due to the pain. I have been through acupuncture, massage therapy, injections, physical therapy and sent for consults. I suffer from neck, shoulder and arm pain that I feel on a daily basis. Dave ...and his team deliver top quality service and are trustworthy! I have never needed an attorney before and he and his team handled my case with care, empathy and professionalism. I am grateful my case was settled and I can now try to move forward.

Wonderful People and great service!

My experience with the Rosenthal Injury Law was very smooth and stress free. They handled my case in a professional manner. The paralegal was extremely helpful in getting the information to me when I had questions or concerns. They even suggested a great chiropractor for me and my kids.
