Thank you David and staff for all your hard work and service!

I was involved in a high speed collision on the freeway in which an out of control vehicle hit me. I was in the emergency room twice for my accident and received multiple xrays and MRIs. I suffered from a broken sternum with a hematoma under my ribs and bruising on my legs. I was in severe pain fo...r weeks in my neck and chest. Once I was contacted by the other parties insurance and was told that I would receive a settlement, I knew I needed a lawyer. My wife contacted Rosenthal law online and David reached out to me promptly. Having never consulted with a lawyer before I was a little nervous. David listened to my whole story and informed me of all options that I had and what the process looked like. After reading Davids testimonials, I decided to have Rosenthal law represent me. The Rosenthal staff truly provides me with world class customer service and was always patient with all of my questions and worked hard to make sure I was informed along the process. I wasn’t sure who to call after I was T-boned and my truck was demolished.

I ran across a site called avvo.com. I saw on their website that Dave Rosenthal was experienced and honest according to the reviews other clients had given him. He also was rated a perfect 10 by everyone who he represented. So I texted him my information and he got back to me right away. He then came... to my house to meet with me. Dave explained what he and his staff could do to help me. And that’s what they did throughout the whole process until my case was settled. Thank you Dave for what you've done for us.

I was going through a devastating time when my mother passed away in a car accident where she was t-boned back in March of 2016. The other party in the accident hired a lawyer and were suing my mother's estate while the other party's insurance agents were calling me. It was a lot to process espec...ially with taking care of my family through this loss, my mom's funeral, and everything in between. Not knowing how to navigate the legal system at all, I immediately began researching lawyers for car accidents and contacted many of them with good reviews. Because the police report blamed my mother for the accident solely based on the word of the other party, quite a few lawyers turned me down. Luckily I found Dave who was willing to take my case. He believed in my case and aggressively demanded the other party's insurance pay their full insurance limits for the wrongful death of my mother. He was able obtain a black box from the other party's vehicle which proved they provided false information to the police officer regarding the circumstances of the accident. Dave fought for me, took care of me, and stood up to the insurance company in a time where I lost everything. I only needed to provide him information about my mother and I regarding the case. I was then able to take care of my family and I during this difficult time. Despite our strong case, the insurance company was reluctant to pay full limits so we took them to court. Dave handled everything properly and aggressively with the insurance company while assuring us everything would be fine through the process. It took a long three years as insurance companies are known to drag out the process to wear out the plaintiff in trying to get them to settle for less. But Dave helped us persevere through it all. Dave is an elite lawyer who helped us get a very large settlement from the insurance company. Dave was very methodical in his approach to preparing my case and myself for trial. He informed me what my possible outcomes would be and helped me navigate through this difficult case. Thank you Dave for what you've done for us.

My case was very difficult to begin with, but the Rosenthal & Kreeger law firm was willing to work with my case.

I had little to no participation in the case, they handled everything for me. Tool a while but that was expected, all in all they were able to handle my case and return me a more than agreeable settlement. Their staff and office workers are very generous and caring. I would definitely recommend this ...law firm to anyone.

I was in a terrible car accident, hit head-on by a drunk driver.

I had a broken right ankle, punctured lungs, broken ribs, surgery on broken ankle with plate and screws - had to have four surgeries, physical therapy and had to retire early from my job after working 15 years at this one company. Attorney David Rosenthal gave great service, even though he was a long... distance from my home. They got a fair amount for my injuries and even got the drunk driver to pay more than his insurance to help with the settlement.
