I was hit by a car as I was crossing a driveway and had injury to my leg and foot and was taken to the ER.

Though there were no broken bones I had significant bone bruise, concussion, and swelling. After appointments with my primary doctor and other tests and ongoing swelling I was advised I would need treatment from specialists. A few days after the accident I was contacted by the insurance company an...d though I had never had need for a lawyer thus far in my life, I was uncomfortable and stressed with having to deal with this and decided to hire a lawyer. After some research I contacted & met with Rosenthal & Kreeger. I was happy with the meeting and hired them. From the start and throughout the process I was very satisfied with the service and felt confident in their actions and support. From then, until the end, I didn’t have to handle anything. I was kept informed and counseled. This relieved my stress which I was recuperating. During the final stage, Mr. Rosenthal was very helpful preparing me for depositions and final settlement. In addition, Mr. Ray was very responsive and assistive in finalizing and taking the time to ensure I understood everything. Though I hope not to need a lawyer again, if I do, I will definitely contact Rosenthal & Kreeger and will recommend them to anyone that may need their services.

Excellent Firm! Dave and his team are personable and professional.

My car accident was traumatic for me. I had a prior injury to my neck and was worried about the insurance company jerking me around. He guided me through this very difficult time. He explained how the processed worked. I appreciated that he was geniality concerned with getting me the best settlemen...t. His paralegal Barbara was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Mr. Rosenthal and his staff are professional and caring.

My car accident was traumatic for me and my children. I was pregnant at the time and worried about how to handle my case. The insurance company did not want to help me with my car rental or property damage. Mr. Rosenthal contacted them and the next day I had a rental car and they were evaluating my ...property damage. This was a very stressful time for me and my family. They helped me every step of the way. Every time I needed something I was able to talk to Barbara she was truly amazing. I was so happy with my settlement, they also were able to get a settlement for my daughter that I was pregnant with at the time of the accident. I would highly recommend them. If you want great service, and a great settlement, give them a call.

Mr. Rosenthal did a fanatic job in getting me a recovery for my accident.

My truck was totaled and I was having a significant amount of pain. He always kept me up to date on my case and answered all of my questions. I was not expecting as much as I received . He really went toe to toe with the insurance company. I would highly recommend him.

After a boat accident which I suffered 3 spinal fractures & 2 rib fractures, it became obvious I needed a lawyer.

A friend recommended Dave. He and his office staff were great throughout the whole process. Explaining everything to me as the process went on. When the insurance company offered very standard offers, Dave quickly let them know they were not acceptable. He held out right up to just before the schedul...ed court date. Finally after tough negotiations by Dave an acceptable offer was made. We were very happy with Dave and the firm.
