I would definitely recommend Rosenthal Law Firm

I was in a terrible car accident. Another car went through a red light and totaled my car and sent me to ER. Broken arm, fractured Tibia, ankle and heel. Recovery was over 3 months. Rosenthal Law explained legal ramifications based on insurance policies. They set about taking care of medical, loss, a...nd insurance companies. They were effective, efficient, and provided me with legally what I was entitled to. I would definitely recommend Rosenthal Law Firm if you need legal help in an accident. They settled my case in a reasonable amount of time and without causing me any hassles or complicated procedures.

I was riding my bike through an intersection when a car hit me and broke my foot.

I was in the hospital and had medical bills but the police said it was my fault and the guys insurance would not pay me anything. Thankfully I call Mr. Rosenthal. He was able to show the insurance company the other guy was at fault and they ended up paying me a lot of money for my pain and suffering.... The Rosenthal & Kreeger staff was very supportive throughout my case. I’m very happy I chose them for my lawyer.

I got hit while I was on my motorcycle obtained injuries that made it difficult to carry out day to day activities.

I was lost trying to work with the other insurance company. Then I was able to find Mr. Rosenthal and his team and they made everything a lot easier and very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to make things a lot less stressful for me so that I could focus on my recovery.... I was really impressed with how they were able to help me the minute I called in, and made a rather stressful process easy. I would highly recommend this team for anyone and everyone!

I injured my shoulder and had knee surgery.

I was referred to this firm by a long time friend and lawyer. My car was totaled by a foreigner driving a Hertz rental who ran a stop sign. I injured my shoulder and had knee surgery. The insurance company tried to claim my knee injury was not from the accident because I didn't complain about knee p...ain at the ER. Rosenthal & Kreeger fought hard and got a good settlement for me. My insurance had a lien that this firm's legal team worked on getting the lien reduced significantly resulting in extra money in my pocket. Many thanks to senior litigation paralegal Kellen Ray for his diligent effort in working on my case! I would highly recommend Rosenthal & Kreeger, their employees are very friendly and dedicated to your case.

I would highly recommend their office.

I was rear-ended and was very distraught I had no idea what to do, the insurance company was gibing me the run around, and not returning my calls. I found Mr. Rosenthal, when I met with him he answered all of my questions. Within days I had a check for my car, that was totaled. Every time I called I ...was able to speak to someone and all of my questions were always answered. I would highly recommend their office.
