The law firm did an excellent job on my case.

I have never been involved in any kind of a law suit before and had no idea what all it would entail. Kellen Ray was easy for me to talk to and freely routed all of my concerns to David Rosenthal. Chris Kreeger did a nice job filling in for David when he was gone. Over-all the law office had my be...st interests the entire time, but left the choice and decisions up to me. I am very satisfied and feel I made the point I was hoping to make and could not have done any of it without the work David and the firm put into my case. It wasn't an easy case, complexed with lots of hidden surprises. Thanks to your depositions with the other parties I know a lot more about what happened with my son the day he died. Once again I would like to compliment Kellen on his interactions with people. He is positive, hard-working and tries to make things as easy as possible for you. I hope Rosenthal & Kreeger know what an asset this senior litigation paralegal is to their firm. Thank you all for all the time, work you put into my case.

Mr. Rosenthal and his staff, Barbara Reed and Kellen Ray, are extremely professional in the manner in which my case was handled.

I was treated with courtesy and respect and kept informed of the progress every step of the way until a settlement was obtained. Through Mr. Rosenthal's diligence, he was able to obtain a settlement almost five times the insurance company's original offer. I would hight recommend Rosenthal & Kreeger ...to anyone who requires the services of a personal injury law firm.

I would recommend this firm to anyone who is in need of representation.

I was in a pretty bad head-on accident. Even though I didn't hit my head on anything, I had terrible headaches and dizziness and just didn't feel right. Kaiser kept saying I would get better. My own insurance company didn't believe I was hurt. Mr. Rosenthal helped me get evaluated by a specialist who... confirmed I suffered a mild traumatic brain injury. My case was handles quickly and professionally for the maximum settlement. all of my questions were answered quickly and fully explained to me. I am very happy with the service that was provided. Mr. Rosenthal and his staff made me feel comfortable with the litigation process. As part of that process, I had to go to several medical evaluations, this was accomplished without any problems and I felt fully prepared and informed through the entire process.
