Thank you all so much!

I was in a car accident where someone pulled into my lane without looking going much slower than me and I rear ended them. I suffered a concussion, bruising, broken left wrist and nerve damage to my hand. I had to go to the ER by ambulance and have them set my wrist. I then required pins to be put in... place to hold my wrist bones in place. I then required a nerve repair surgery and a carpal tunnel injection, which were not fully effective. I will now have permanent nerve damage in my hand due to the accident. I am a cake decorator, so this accident severely affects my lifestyle. When I arrived to meet Mr. Rosenthal, Barbara greeted me with a hug and assured that the team would do everything in their power to help me get a settlement for my pain and suffering. The team was very responsive to my calls and emails and spent countless hours answering all of my questions and preparing me for a nerve wracking deposition. They even had a lien my insurance placed on my lawsuit reduced by thousands. I am very glad I chose to work with this law firm. They helped me so much, even after I moved from Sacramento to Chicago. Thank you all so much!

On May 1,2016 I was involved in an automobile accident in Grass Valley, California.

I was attempting to make a left turn when my car was hit on the front passenger area. The police put me at fault even though the driver was arrested for DUI. My injuries were as follows: 1) Several rib fractures from air bag; 2) Sternum fracture from air bag; 3) Heart failure exacerbation; 4) Plur...al effusion - fluid in lungs; 5) pain on left side of nose; 6) Swallowing problem - still somewhat a problem; 7) Pain and bruise on right leg from air bag; 8) Pain in right knee; I was taken to the Emergency Room at Sierra Nevada Hospital where I stayed in for 2 weeks then spent 2 more weeks at Spring Hill Manor - rehab center and a week at Eskaton in Grass Valley. The service from Rosenthal & Kreeger was excellent in every way. They were very professional, pleasant and very helpful and well organized. I felt that I was well represented. They kept me well informed. They were able to overcome the police report and get me a good settlement.

I would highly recommend their office.

I was rear-ended and was very distraught I had no idea what to do, the insurance company was gibing me the run around, and not returning my calls. I found Mr. Rosenthal, when I met with him he answered all of my questions. Within days I had a check for my car, that was totaled. Every time I called I ...was able to speak to someone and all of my questions were always answered. I would highly recommend their office.

I was hit by a car as I was crossing a driveway and had injury to my leg and foot and was taken to the ER.

Though there were no broken bones I had significant bone bruise, concussion, and swelling. After appointments with my primary doctor and other tests and ongoing swelling I was advised I would need treatment from specialists. A few days after the accident I was contacted by the insurance company an...d though I had never had need for a lawyer thus far in my life, I was uncomfortable and stressed with having to deal with this and decided to hire a lawyer. After some research I contacted & met with Rosenthal & Kreeger. I was happy with the meeting and hired them. From the start and throughout the process I was very satisfied with the service and felt confident in their actions and support. From then, until the end, I didn’t have to handle anything. I was kept informed and counseled. This relieved my stress which I was recuperating. During the final stage, Mr. Rosenthal was very helpful preparing me for depositions and final settlement. In addition, Mr. Ray was very responsive and assistive in finalizing and taking the time to ensure I understood everything. Though I hope not to need a lawyer again, if I do, I will definitely contact Rosenthal & Kreeger and will recommend them to anyone that may need their services.

They handled everything!

My son was t-boned driving 50 mph by a driver that did not respect his red light. Our car was flipped over twice and a major concussion and hospitalization was the result. With college scholarships in the mix and his athletic future in a haze we were devastated. Our car was totaled, my sons migraines... began and chiropractic visits became a weekly routine. We knew within days this was much bigger than just us and we needed help. I began like most, searching online. I must admit if it wasn’t for all the positive reviews I would have never stepped into their Roseville office. I was kindly met by Mr. Rosenthal who was very kind and supportive. He treated us with respect and we felt he would go to battle for us if needed. He never pulled or pushed, simply shared his support and the process we would take together if I chose to. He told us we could get back later or interview someone else. There was no need; we agreed to his representation on the sport. We shortly met with Barbara who was very compassionate and explained in detail what to expect. They handled everything! They always emailed back, set perfect realistic expectations and went to battle for us.
