Donald is an experienced attorney that has worked on both the prosecuting and defending sides. He is thorough and vested in his clients. He worked very hard for us and it was all greatly appreciated. The man leads you to think he is working on your case, however once you are behind bars awaiting on a plea bargain, he is setting you up for something you could have done yourself. He also snarles at you through the glass when confronting him about clear incompetence. He shows a phony concern that he... is digging deep, (that is what I paid him for) looking for reasonable plea bargain in my case when actually - he's wondering what he and the DA will have for lunch. Folks, DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS ATTORNEY. He is LAZY & a backstabber. Right after you pay him, he turns the other cheek ... and hear this too ... always use an attorney from another county in a criminal case in el dorado county. You have a much better chance of getting a fair deal or trial.
