I was very pleased with Michael from our very first conversation. He was an awesome listener; he did not try & talk over me. Very patient and sympathetic. Michael kept me informed on the case without me even having to ask. When we talked about the case, our options, possible outcomes, etc. he always ...spoke in language I could understand and had no problem explaining himself further, if needed.
