It's not that this lawyer is necessarily "bad"--he's not anything. Totally unresponsive to his cases (I just had him for a family law dispute against my ex-wife) and he let it languish there for over two years. It's almost impossible to get his staff to respond to anything, beyond taking your retai...ner. Getting them to serve paperwork, motions, etc. or even return a simple email was like pulling teeth. If you want an attorney who won't add stress to an already stressful process and who will actually do their job, pass this one by.
