I was connected with Peter Stone through my MetLife Hyatt Legal plan. I reached out to him with a traffic violation that I was hoping to get reduced or maybe just driving school. I spoke with him on the phone and he was extremely helpful in providing a timeline and the expected result. He exceeded my expectations and now I don't have to pay a fine or go to driving school!

In 2012, my house was vandalized. I reported the incident to CSAA and was reimbursed for the damage. A couple of years later, the civil court case was settled and I got restitution from the person who caused the damage to my house by court order. A few years passed, after moving to a new place, I received a court paper from CSAA asking for their reimbursement back plus interest with the reason that I had been paid the restitution by the court and I should have only received reimbursement from one source. Literally, CSAA sued me for the reimbursement plus interest for over 4 years. I contacted Peter for help. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Within 3 weeks after our conversation, he was able to help me settle the case with CSAA while cutting the original reimbursement in half (according to the law, I should only allow to collect restitution once). Peter was recommend through my company's plan as a great lawyer (I have had some bad experiences in the past so I requested them to connect me with someone who has good reviews). I have needed his help on two separate occasions (both regarding real estate) and he has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The best part about him is that he responds VERY VERY quickly (both early in the morning and late at night). He always calls me back within a couple hours. The quick response time was key especially when I had live deals where I had to make decisions very quickly and under strict time constraint. Peter is an amazing attorney! I got ticketed (wrongfully, because my car has a horrible engine and can't even reach the speed the helicopter cop claimed to have me at) and he got the case dismissed! I thought my life was going to be over, but he saved it! Though situation was more "basic" in terms of legal counsel, Peter was professional, proactive, responsive and accessible. After learning that my insurance company had dropped the ball and failed to inform me regarding an accident I'd had, I was shocked to learn that Mr. Stone was pursuing litigation AGAINST me on behalf of his client. I was shocked to learn that not only had my (now former) insurance company failed all of us so thoroughly, but that matters had gotten this far without coming to my attention. I must state that my job keeps me constantly on the road and so letters and the like do trickle in and I'm sure his office had attempted to contact me in that manner before I was served with papers (I was lucky enough to be in town on the day he sent someone with papers in hand). As someone who has a respect for not only the power of the law, but the principles and morality that are harbored therein, I can say that I would recommend him to any individual or business in need of someone who will find the best way to pursue their interests. Not every person against whom litigation might be sought is a bad guy, some might just be unaware and might truly appreciate having matters brought to the light so that amends might be made and forward progress might commence.
