Don is extremely rude. I would have to call multiple times before he would return my call or give me any information reagarding my case. He told me that he sent the paperwork to the other party and he didn't know why it was taking so long. He finally admitted that he never sent the paperwork three... weeks prior, like he said he did. He is a waste of time. Trust me, DO NOT HIRE HIM!
