Thomas Leupp handled a very difficult task for me last year. I was facing deportation due to my criminal background; a conviction I received 13 years earlier. I needed someone to go back in time, reopen the case and change the charge. Thomas Leupp successfully accomplished this. He enjoys his work and doesn't give up. If it wasn't for Thomas Leupp's compassion for my situation, I would not be in this country today.

My experience with Thomas Leupp is that he is only good at collecting and keeping fees that he did not earn. I went to see him on a small matter that I feared I would be prosecuted for. Mr. Leupp frightened me into giving him a sizable retainer fee to handle the matter. However, the matter was never charged. Mr. Leupp never did any actual work for me, and all of my phone calls to him went unanswered. Now his office refuses to refund the fees I paid, even though they never represented me.
