Paul has practiced law in Northern California for 35 plus years. I have tried many cases against him. He is also my personal attorney. He is one of the most skillful and ethical trial lawyers I know. His induction into the American College of Trial Lawyers (top 1% of nation's trial lawyers) proves my case.

Paul Brisso has been Council for the Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation and Conservation Distict (District) for over six years. Over that time, I have interacted with Paul 2-3 times per week on all facets of local government law covering personnel, property, liens, leases, agreements, contracts and insurance issues. In all of these interactions, I have found Paul to be very professional, knowledgable, and go the extra mile to help solve the sometimes complex legal issues that face a special district. Paul also teaches local government compliance classes. I have taken his class on California's Brown Act open meeting law and found Paul to be very good at presenting complex legal information in a very understandable and useful way to a non-legal audience. In my opinion, Paul has done an outstatanding job of representing the District and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any legal activity for which he feels qualified.

I endorse this lawyer. I have known Mr. Brisso for many years. He is one of the best defense lawyers in Northern California and has an outstanding reputation. I would not hesitate to refer a client to him for representation. He is particularly well connected in Humboldt County where he maintains his office. He also is a great person and has a sense of humor.

Paul Brisso is one of the finest litigators I have worked with in over 30 years of practice. He is a tough, thorough, diligent and smart advocate. Paul's ethical standards are impeccable. Paul is one of only two local attorneys who have been inducted into The American College of Trial Lawyers, the most prestigious Trial Lawyer organization in the nation. Membership in this organization is limited to the top 1% of Trial Lawyers in the country. He is a "10 +"
