Scott Malloy from beck law worked on my case for 6 months. We were finally able to settle out of court with an overall good agreement. I would recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Daniel B. Beck's Office replied VERY promptly to my email. They contacted CalPers for me concerning my Earnings Assignment Order and advised me what I needed to do. As I currently reside out of state, they also gave me information for a Legal Process Server, ALL at no charge. Once my ex husband files a Request for Order to Modify Spousal Support, they will provide legal represention for me.

If you are looking for a good family law attorney, Daniel Beck is a great choice. Because of my early interactions with legal advice from Dan, I was able to make a good choice on a family law firm. I am thankful that I chose this firm. Dan wants the best outcome for your family. Do yourself a favor and hire this guy.

I used Scott and Kim for my child custody case and they handled it quickly and efficiently. They answered any questions I had and also provided great recommendations based on the outcome I desire.

Went to Beck Law for my marital settlement. Kim did an amazing job working with me and my ex. She was very efficient and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend anyone on the Beck Law team.

I went to Beck after reading many reviews for child custody. We fought a good game and came out on top with just about everything I wanted because of Beck and his team. Our paralegal Kim was absolutely amazing, she was so dedicated and helpful and you could tell she was passionate about her job and truely cared about the outcome of the case. She helped through every problem big or small and believe me, most weren't easy or small! In the end I got the 50/50 custody I wanted and my daughter is happier because of it. Thank you Dan and Kim!

I was addicted to drugs and did some bad things in my life and suffered the consequeses by jail, drug programs, probation, guilt, etc. and continued to pay for it even years after I had gotten and stayed clean & sober and lived as a productive member of society. But every denial of employment, every background check coming back full of these terrible things I did as a young adult haunted me and kept me from pursuing my goals. That's when I finally made the decision to go to Beck Law. Dan Beck treated me with respect and got my cases expunged in a timely manner even though they weren't even in the county he typically serves. Today I own a home, have a beautiful family and a job that I am proud of because i was able to pass that background check. I changed my life 100% and regret all those bad choices I made but because of Dan, I was able to be proud of myself again and really make a life for myself. I would and have recommend Dan to anyone going through a legal situation they can't quite handle themselves. His knowledge and experience makes a daunting task, quick and painless.

I have to say, Beck Law blogs are on spot. They are like top of the news. That is why we hired them, and that is why they are great. They are on the cutting edge of what is happening with law at the moment you call them.

I had a good experience going through my divorce. The staff was awesome in helping me mediate with my husband so that we could do what was best for our kids.

GO WITH A PERON WHO ONLY DOES FAMILY LAW, WHO IS A FAMILY LAW SPECIALIST He lied to me. He said we were going to court about temporary spousal support and instead it was the divorce decree! He had the other attorney read it, even though I have hearing problem and couldn't hear it. He insisted on only one house appraiser, the one chosen by opposing council. He insisted on rent II was charged for using the home rent which was chosen by opposing council, even though the rent was more than for larger houses in same neighborhood, and my ex had left his bed, book shelves, desk, etc. so I couldn't rent out his bedroom, and ex had forbidden me from renting out bedroom.
Beck promised to find marital money because I hadn't gotten any for 4 years, but he didn't. He promised to but he didn't get back half of the money my ex used of marital funds for his criminal and divorce attorneys, and for his bail. He got me no spousal support after 29 years of marriage to abusive spouse once spouse quit his job, so if he got a different job, he wouldn't have to pay support. I was a teacher so the amount of social security quoted was totally inaccurate, because they refuse to give to California teachers amount they say was earned, because California teachers pay into a pension, not into social security, so the spousal support or lack of, was decided on a false basis, and he made the divorce decree not changeable. He charged me for services I specifically told him I didn't want him to do, one specific example is his talking about the criminal charges against my ex to DA and opposing council.
