2020-2021 accident case

I was at the receiving end of a nasty pile up accident last year and a friend recommended me. Mr flahavan and his team were super professional. Honestly, I probably wasn't the easiest client with my job and injuries and they some how managed to make every interaction a pleasant one and keep my hopes ...up. At the end it was all I could have asked for. Honest business. I could go on for days about my own personal experience , if you are in need of legal assistance call Brian and see for yourself.

Competent, Honest and Ethical

I have known Brian since 2003. He has represented me on two separate cases. One for divorce and the other for a hit and run accident in which I was injured. In both of these cases we prevailed. Not only was Brian competent but compassionate to my needs. He communicated with me through the entire proc...ess and made sure I felt comfortable during every obstacle. I felt that he was always by my side and only had my best interest at heart. Above all he stressed that honesty was the best defense. That ethical and moral methodology is the reason I continued to seek his counsel when I required legal representation. Exceptional!

I highly recommend Brian Flahavan to anyone dealing with a personal injury case. He recently handled a motor vehicle case for me, and I couldn’t have found better representation. He walked me through every step of the case, and was extremely knowledgeable. He made sure we had all the necessary docume...nts, and dealt directly with the insurance companies, doctors, and opposing counsel. He is tough as nails, and doesn't back down, while also being very supportive and protective. He clearly knows the ins and outs of the law, and isn't afraid to prove it.
