Exceptional!

I highly recommend Brian Flahavan to anyone dealing with a personal injury case. He recently handled a motor vehicle case for me, and I couldn’t have found better representation. He walked me through every step of the case, and was extremely knowledgeable. He made sure we had all the necessary docume...nts, and dealt directly with the insurance companies, doctors, and opposing counsel. He is tough as nails, and doesn't back down, while also being very supportive and protective. He clearly knows the ins and outs of the law, and isn't afraid to prove it. I will continue to recommend Brian Flahavan to ALL my friends and family!

Maybe a decent lawyer but incredibly poor staff

Mr. Flahaven may be fantastic lawyer but if documents are not filed or emails are sent in the time they were supposed to ones case will drag on for more than they need. Even worse when you call them on their mistakes they act like they are doing you a favor. Mistakes, mistakes or forgetfulness can co...st a client 10s of thousands of dollars. For myself I would have given a zero if that was a choice.
