If someone intends for you to be a witness, they will usually interview you ahead of time. You would receive a subpoena to appear in court prior to any hearing where your appearance was mandated. Good LuckSee question

It sounds like you were convicted of a crime, so you cannot safely say that you were not. That being said, that particular crime may not be a problem for you anyway. Good Luck.See question

If you were sentenced to 60 days, then it was jail time rather than state prison. If you are on probation, same thing. That being said, depending on the facts of the 2nd degree burglary you certainly might be entitled to have the charge reduced. Call your lawyer and stop looking for advice from the D.A. Good Luck to you.See question
I'm on summary probation for 4 years I've been on it for 2 and I want to move to texas
Look at your probation order. After 2 years, you may not have a copy anymore. You could call the attorney that handled the case for you originally. Alternatively, you could go to the court clerk and ask to see the court file and specifically the order of summary probation. There should be an indication on that as to whether or not there are travel restrictions. Good Luck.See question
I have 1 day left on ab109 probation and I missed an office visit on the 3rd my po said shes issuing a warrant. If I get arrested how long can they put me in jail for seeing that I have done all 3 years of probation and only have 1 day left
"1 day left" means that you're still on probation, right? You couldn't go one more day without blowing it? Depending on what you are on probation for, any previous violations of probation, your criminal history, etc. it could be anything from a slap on the wrist to significant jail time. Maybe you have a good reason for missing the appointment?? You do have a right to a hearing if you don't like the recommendation/indicated sentence. Good Luck.See question
