Totally amazing diligence and persistent in his practice

He is an awesome attorney that knows his laws in every angle. He is the best and I can't express not enough how great he is and that shows in his practice. I learned so much from him and how things can go right if you listen and things shall go your way. I again agree if you lie as an employer and... you can't back it up, then forfeit is the answer. Thank you

The most honest caring person you will ever meet.

Mr. Scardigli represented me in a wrongful termination case. The company that termed me thought they were above the law. They played hard ball. With Mr. Scardigli at my side I had no worries. They wanted to go to court. So we did. Mr. Scardigli walked me through the whole process every day. Wanting t...o go to court was their first mistake. Mr. Scardigli knows his way around a court room. Mr. Scardigli USED their witnesses to prove they were wrong. Every time they tried to lie, Mr. Scardigli caught them in it and totally proved it every time they tried to lie. The trial lasted two weeks and the verdict took two and a half days. Mr. Scardigli was at the court house in Sacramento waiting for the verdict. I do not know if I can say more than this, WE WON!!!!! I am 53 years old and my wife and I are retired. If you are an employer, and you lie and cheat your employees, your time will come. If Mr. Scardigli is representing your ex-employee, my advice….. Give up, you’re done! I will highly recommend Mr. Scardigli.If you were fired wrongfully, Mr. Scardigli is the person you want on your side, I promise.

Knowledgeable and Professional Attorney

I have worked with Mr Scardigli and the staff at the firm for the past 2 years while he represented me in an employment case. Mr Scardigli was very knowledgeable about the law concerning my case. He cared about my case and I knew it by his actions. He always responded to me in a timely manner and ans...wered all my questions. His expertise and professionalism made me less stressed knowing that I had chosen the right attorney to represent me. The other attorneys and staff that I worked with there were also very knowledgeable and caring. I always felt like my case was important and they would do everything possible to bring out the entire truth in the matter. I would recommend Mr Scardigli to anyone who may need legal representation.
