Mr. Cooper was raised in the Stockton area. From an early age, he developed an intense desire to fight for justice, and against the insurance industry cartel conglomerate. He has successfully recovered many millions of dollars on behalf of his clients, and continues his fight for justice against the insurance industry and its unearned and underserved privilege of wealth.
Dean Cooper, has practiced personal injury law in California and the Federal Courts since 1979. He holds undergraduate degrees from the University of the Pacific in Legal Studies and History. After graduating college in 1976, he then received his Juris Doctor Degree from the McGeorge School of Law in 1979. He immediately passed the Bar exam and began practicing law in his own law firm, with an emphasis in personal injury.
Mr. Cooper has the ability to bring an insurance company’s misbehavior to the attention of appellate courts, including the highest court in the land, he can “persuade” some companies to pay claims they had been determined to fight, and two appellate courts in California have even publicly commented on Mr. Cooper’s skill in winning at trial.
Mr. Cooper takes pride in exposing the nefarious tactics and false defenses that the insurance industry perpetuates against injured victims.
Mr. Cooper takes personal responsibility for every case in his office and is dedicated to fighting for his clients against the unfair practices of the insurance industry.
