I was really pleased with the work the lawyer did with making the overwhelming process of going through the US green card process much easier. He took full advantage of multiple fillings and helping us get everything turned in on time. We did have some trouble communicating and it seemed like h...e was really busy. There were mistakes in the paperwork that slowed us down, but he was able to fix them before we signed. One was not fixed and I was not aware of it until the interview, but because it was my husband's document that he should have read over more carefully before he signed, the error is both in lawyer and client. I think that hiring this lawyer was well worth the money and time. My husband thought we could do the process ourselves as many of our friends have done. But the end outcome was well worth it, in 6 months we have my husband's work permit and green card. As with anything you sign, check it twice, but for a good price to get the job done I recommend Jay as a good lawyer for the green card process.

I hired Advocate Jagbir Karkiana in January 2024 for a legal case. Initially, he took a 20% payment from me, and after 3 to 4 months, he took another 25%.
