He could have declared that it was not worth pursuing after the last roun...d of appeals. However, he pushed through and gave me every option with their pros and cons. He also gave advice on the likelihood of success and failure based on his experience with cases like mine and his knowledge of the judges we worked with.Of course with appropriate disclaimer he can’t say for sure. He didn’t sugar coat, but he delivered everything with deep empathy for my situation. I’m grateful that we kept going. We won and my quality of life has significantly improved.
