Javier Rios did an amazingly good job as my Public Defender. He cared about me and that made a huge difference. He always told me "I believe in you" and it showed. He was a pit bull in court. He dug in and never gave up. He filed motions. Harassed the court. Objected to (almost) everything. Showed in...finite patience. Never gave up. Dragged everything on, till the opposing counsel threw a temper tantrum and walked out. Oh! We won. Actually Javier Rios won. He shouldered me along for the ride. I whole heartedly recommend him as an attorney and will always be grateful to him.
