I highly recommend David. Got referred to him by an acquaintance. Office staff was very friendly and laid-back. David greeted with a smile and stuck to the details and work at hand. He helped me calm down and relax, but didn't take too long with the small talk and then got down to details and lega...l advice. I didn't want to contest the divorce, and David just helped me through the process, and helped make sure I didn't get screwed by my ex. I was certainly at his (or any divorce attorney's) mercy as I was in uncharted waters. But I trusted him and he didn't disappoint. He even went 'beyond' by answering some of my emails with some legal advice. He could have said, "Just come and we'll talk about it" and billed me, but he didn't.

David has exceeded my expectations. Not only is he a great person and easy to get along with, he is very knowledgeable (he caught things my ex's lawyer missed!) and honest. If he doesn't feel you will win something, he won't hesitate to tell you rather than drag it out into court (and racking up more... $$). Throughout my divorce he has never been anything other than professional, cordial and caring. One of the the many things I appreciate about David is that he is not super super aggressive and pushy. Don't get me wrong, he will battle it out for you if it comes to that. And if you are dealing with someone who can be downright nasty, David will put them in their place.
